We are also proud to operate a national charity of the year programme, where employees are given the opportunity to vote from a shortlist of nominated charities.

This cause was chosen for the genuine difference it can make to people's lives.

To raise money for our charity of the year, colleagues take part in the Race For Life and such activities as sporting events, pub quizzes, coffee mornings, bake offs, and monthly dress down days.
